These terms of service govern the conditions of use for services provided by StarFly Aviation Services Inc. ("StarFly"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of Service
StarFly provides private jet charter, jet tour organization, and empty leg flight opportunities. All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.
2. Booking and Confirmation
Requests made through the website are confirmed after evaluation by our team. Creating a request does not constitute a purchase commitment. Final pricing and flight details are communicated during the confirmation stage.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for confirmed bookings must be made within the specified period by credit card or bank transfer. Unpaid bookings are automatically cancelled.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the flight. Cancellations between 24-48 hours incur a 25% fee, and cancellations less than 24 hours before incur a 50% fee. Full refund is provided for flights cancelled due to weather or technical reasons.
5. Passenger Obligations
Passengers are required to carry valid identification, be present at the departure point at the specified time, comply with aviation safety regulations, and follow flight crew instructions.
6. Luggage and Belongings
Luggage capacity varies by jet model. Hazardous materials, illegal products, and items prohibited by aviation regulations are not allowed on board. Additional fees may apply for excess luggage.
7. Limitation of Liability
StarFly is not liable for delays and cancellations caused by force majeure events (weather conditions, airspace restrictions, technical failures, etc.). Maximum effort is made to provide alternative solutions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, images, designs, and logos on the website are the intellectual property of StarFly. Unauthorized use, copying, and distribution is prohibited.
9. Changes
StarFly reserves the right to update these terms of service without prior notice. Current terms are always published on our website.
10. Governing Law
These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
